And this means to invoke Him, to recite His Speech, to stand with all sincerity and with good manners and with good submission, and then to end that with repentance and with seeking His forgiveness.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9) Sitting with those who are truthful in their love of Allah.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10) Staying away from all that creates barriers between the heart and Allah.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ibn Qayyim also says, \u201cAnd <\/span><b>whoever prefers Allah<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to all others, <\/span><b>Allah will prefer him<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to others. And whoever is <\/span><b>for Allah<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Allah will be <\/span><b>for him<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> where he is not even <\/span><b>there<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for his own self. Whoever <\/span><b>knows<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Allah, <\/span><b>nothing<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> will be more <\/span><b>beloved to him<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> than <\/span><b>Him<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and no desire will remain in this type of person for <\/span><b>anything<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> other that Him, except that which will bring him <\/span><b>closer to Him<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or assist him in his <\/span><b>journey to Him<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u201d<\/span><\/p><h4>Love in the Qur\u2019an<\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Below is a summary of those whom Allah describes He loves and those mentioned whom He does not love.<\/span><\/p><p><b>The Love Allah has for His Slave. Allah loves:<\/b><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Muhsineen [perfect their worship of Allah]<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Those who spend (Infaq)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Who have Taqwah [God consciousness]<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Who control their anger and forgive<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Have Sabr [patience] upon obedience.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Have Sabr [patience] in avoiding Sin<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Those who have Tawakul [reliance upon Allah]<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Those who are\u00a0 Muqsitoon [uphold and enact justice]<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Those making Tawbah [repentence]<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thosewhom are Mutahir [cleansiness]<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Those who fight in His path<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>Those described in the Qur\u2019an whom Allah Almighty does not love:<\/b><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Transgressing the boundaries.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dhalimoon [those who oppress themselves and others]<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Those making Fasad [spreading corruption]<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Arrogant people<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Those Treacherous<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Disbelievers<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Those who are over joyous [farah] with their money and this Dunyah<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>The Love described a person has for other people or things:<\/b><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0The love a person for his people<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0The love a father for his son<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Love for his uncle<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Love a person has for another friend [person]<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Love for his wife, family, house,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Love for wealth.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Love for act of passion<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Love for good things-<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>What a Believer loves:<\/b><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Iman [faith]<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cleansiness<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Forgiveness [He loves that he to be being forgiven \u2013 like Abu Bakr with Mistah]<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Victory<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>What other than the Believers love:<\/b><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Disbelief [ loving kufr over Iman]<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Being praised for that which they have not done<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They would love that Fahishah [immorality] be spread amongst the Believers.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preferring blindness in faith<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Love of this world over the Akhirah [after-life]<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Seeking
